Yup, I'm here!
Vacation is over and like a good child I weighed in this morning to see what the damage was.
+4.6 Fan-friggin-tastic!
I listened to my hunger signals and didn't eat nearly as much as I did last year so that's an NSV in and of itself but I can't lie and say I'm not disappointed.
I have a lot of work to do this week to blast off those pounds.
